Class Policies

- Cancellations made by Heart Savers will be made at least 24-hours in advance and students will have the option of taking the next available class or receiving a refund.
- Classes must have a minimum of 3 students. Classes with low enrollment will be cancelled and the above written policy is in effect.
- If weather forces a class cancellation, Heart Savers will notify the participants. If a student chooses not to attend a class during questionable weather, a re-scheduling fee of $10 may apply when enrolling in another class.
IF YOU CALL to reschedule a class you have paid for less than 24-hours prior to the start of the class, there will be a $15 rescheduling fee for your new class--payable in advance.
IF YOU CANCEL and request a refund for a class, there will be a $10 processing fee.
REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS who miss class without notification are not eligible for a refund of their class fee.
CHECKS RETURNED to us for insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 fee. Registration will be held until all fees clear
